The meeting of the West Africa Agricultural Productivity Program steering committee elaborated on the rules and procedures for the functioning of the Regional Steering Committee (RSC) and discussed the M&E indicators of the project and their follow-ups, the work plan, annual budget and procurement plan for 2009 and issues relating to communication between CORAF/WECARD and its constituents.
